Booking a Pickup
Pickup is free from MATERIALISATIONLAB001EAST and requires an appointment. Select pickup at checkout where available, then wait for your ready-for-pickup email before booking a time.
- Your order confirmation is not a pickup appointment. We'll email you when your order is ready.
- Use the booking link in your ready-for-pickup email to choose an available time. Include your order number and use the email address from your order.
- Arrive at your confirmed appointment time and bring your order confirmation and photo ID. We cannot accommodate pickups outside booked times.
Already received your ready-for-pickup email? Book your pickup time. To change an appointment, use the reschedule or cancellation link in your booking confirmation. For large orders or help arranging collection, call us.
Street Parking
Metered and timed street parking is available along surrounding streets. Availability varies depending on time of day. Please check local signage before leaving your vehicle.
Loading Dock
A designated loading zone is located at the rear of MATERIALISATIONLAB001EAST via 55 Kensington St. Please stay with your vehicle at all times.

By Train
Central Station is a 10-minute walk. Exit via Devonshire St and head south on Regent St.
By Bus
Multiple bus routes stop on Broadway near Central Park. Check Transport NSW for current routes.
By Light Rail
The Central Chalmers St Light Rail stop is approximately 8 minutes walk away.
