Sustainability

    Recycling & Closed-Loop Systems

A genuine operational sustainability pillar, not marketing fluff. Controlled collection of known material waste, recycled into usable products. Sustainability is systemic, not cosmetic.

    Material Collection

Controlled collection of known, verified material waste from your 3D printing operations. We accept failed prints, supports, and purge material from compatible filaments.

    ECO Spools

Reusable spool systems that reduce single-use plastic waste. Return your empty spools for refills, or purchase filament on our ECO Spool platform.

    Recycled Products

Collected materials are processed and recycled into new products. Closed-loop thinking applied to 3D printing consumables.

    Our Process

    Why Our Guidelines Are Strict

We don't just collect waste — we transform it into new products. To maintain material quality and ensure successful recycling, we require segregated, uncontaminated waste streams. Mixed or unknown materials cannot be processed and compromise the integrity of recycled products.

    01

    Collect

Segregate waste material by type during your normal operations. Each material type in its own bag.

    02

    Return

Send or drop off material at designated collection points. Minimum 20kg per month threshold.

    03

    Process

We verify, clean, shred, and re-pelletise materials for recycling into new filament.

    04

    Reuse

Materials become new products like rPLA and rPETG, completing the loop.

    Check Your Eligibility

Answer a few questions to see if you qualify for our recycling programme.

Our Recycle Bag 0100 programme is designed for organisations that generate significant volumes of segregated 3D printing waste. Let's see if you qualify.

    Accepted Materials

    What We Accept

    • PLA and PLA+ (failed prints, supports, purge)
    • PETG (verified, uncontaminated)
    • ABS (segregated, single-colour preferred)
    • Empty filament spools (standard sizes)

    Requirements

    Submission Guidelines

    • Materials must be segregated by type — one bag per material
    • No mixed or contaminated materials
    • Remove any non-plastic components (inserts, hardware)
    • Minimum 20kg per month for programme eligibility
