rPLA Regrind — WhiteSorted white recycled PLA regrind with sub-5mm particle size, 100% recycled from post-industrial 3D printing waste.

Supplied in a sealed 10KG bag.

Regrind is the raw ground material produced when failed prints, support structures, and production offcuts are shredded through an industrial granulator.

Unlike pellets (which have been melted and re-extruded into uniform granules), regrind retains its irregular particle shape — making it an affordable feedstock for recycling, extrusion, and maker projects.

    Key Properties

    • 100% recycled content — diverted from landfill Sub-5mm particle size
    • Sorted single colour — consistent white feedstock PLA base polymer — biodegradable thermoplastic

    Process Overview

    How Fused Granulate Fabrication Works

FGF uses screw-and-barrel extrusion to 3D print directly from pellets or regrind — no filament required.

    1. 001

Pellets or regrind are conveyed from a dryer to a hopper, where they are gravity fed to the screw.

    2. 002

As the screw rotates, material is pressed through a heated barrel with multiple heat zones, progressively melting.

    3. 003

Pressure builds within the extruder and forces molten material out of the nozzle along a digitally defined tool path.

    Why FGF Feedstock

    Built for industrial-scale additive manufacturing

    200×

    Faster than filament

Pellet extrusion achieves throughput rates up to 200 times faster than filament-based systems, enabling furniture-scale prints.

    Recycled

    Closed-loop material

Our FGF feedstock is made from recycled 3D printing waste — failed prints, supports, and offcuts turned into new manufacturing material.

    10 kg

    Bulk bags

Supplied in sealed 10 kg bags. No spools, no winding — just raw material ready for your pellet extruder.

    Industrial

    Production-grade feedstock

Same polymer base used in injection moulding, with consistent melt characteristics for reliable extrusion.

    Processing Notes

This is a raw recycled material, not a finished manufacturing feedstock. Particle size and shape will vary. For applications requiring consistent pellet geometry, we recommend pelletising through a single-screw extruder before use. For FGF printing, test feed reliability with your specific hopper and nozzle configuration.
