ABS Functional Pack

An ABS working set for functional parts on an enclosed printer — one ECO Spool 2 and four 1 kg ABS refills.

ABS White (×2) — the everyday functional colour: housings, tooling, jigs, replacement parts.

ABS Red — high-visibility functional parts, safety fittings, colour-coded tooling.

ABS Natural Raw — the un-pigmented base: takes paint, primer and acetone smoothing cleanly.

ABS is impact-tough, machinable and acetone-smoothable — the material for anything that has to take a knock. All four refills run on a standard 0.4 mm brass nozzle; no hardened nozzle is needed. An enclosure is strongly recommended to control warping and layer adhesion.

Refills are spool-free — you keep the ECO Spool 2 and reload it. Filament is 1.75 mm, mylar-jacketed with passive desiccant.
