The materials an enclosed printer unlocks — the ones an open-bed machine warps or cracks. 10 units: two spools and eight 1 kg refills across four materials. ABS (Red, White, Natural Raw) — impact-tough, machinable, acetone-smoothable: functional housings, automotive trim, tooling. ASA (3 × Black) — ABS toughness plus genuine UV and weather resistance: outdoor mounts, signage, enclosures that live in the sun. PETG Carbon Fibre — stiff, low-warp, matt black: brackets, arms and fixtures that must hold their shape under load. PETG — the everyday tough material for everything in between. Hardened nozzle required for PETG Carbon Fibre. Carbon fill will chew through a brass nozzle — fit hardened steel or ruby before you load it. The unfilled materials run fine on brass. An enclosed chamber is strongly recommended for the ABS and ASA spools (P2S / P1S / X2D class or better) to control warping and layer adhesion. End-use engineering parts. This is the box you buy when the printer has an actively heated chamber (H2S / H2D / H2C class) and the part has to survive something. PA6-CF — the stiffest, strongest material here: structural brackets, drone frames, load-bearing fixtures, tooling. PA12-CF — stiff and far more dimensionally stable than PA6: jigs, housings and fixtures that must stay true. PA12 — unfilled nylon: tough, low-friction, fatigue-resistant. Gears, bushes, clips, living hinges. ASA — UV- and weather-stable covers and outdoor housings. PETG Carbon Fibre — the low-cost stiff material for fixtures and brackets. Hardened nozzle mandatory. Every carbon-filled material here (PA6-CF, PA12-CF, PETG-CF) is abrasive — fit a hardened steel or ruby nozzle before you print. Nylons are hygroscopic: keep them sealed with desiccant and dry them before use.
