Heated-Chamber Mastery Bundle

End-use engineering parts. This is the box you buy when the printer has an actively heated chamber (H2S / H2D / H2C class) and the part has to survive something.

PA6-CF — the stiffest, strongest material here: structural brackets, drone frames, load-bearing fixtures, tooling.

PA12-CF — stiff and far more dimensionally stable than PA6: jigs, housings and fixtures that must stay true.

PA12 — unfilled nylon: tough, low-friction, fatigue-resistant. Gears, bushes, clips, living hinges.

ASA — UV- and weather-stable covers and outdoor housings.

PETG Carbon Fibre — the low-cost stiff material for fixtures and brackets.

Hardened nozzle mandatory. Every carbon-filled material here (PA6-CF, PA12-CF, PETG-CF) is abrasive — fit a hardened steel or ruby nozzle before you print. Nylons are hygroscopic: keep them sealed with desiccant and dry them before use.
