Ensure your printer is dialled in before critical work begins.
After any printer move
Movement disrupts calibration. Always recalibrate after relocation.
Every 12 months or 1,000 print hours
Whichever comes first. Calibration drifts with use.
After a repair
We recalibrate as standard after any repair work.

Mail-in
Pack securely with tracking. $40 flat-rate return freight per printer. Printers exceeding 20 kg may be subject to a surcharge. We will confirm any surcharge with you before booking the return. This applies to paid service returns; initial delivery and covered warranty remedies are handled separately.
On-site callout
Additional fee applies based on location. Weekday appointments.
