Quantity
The FibreSeeker 3 lays continuous carbon or glass fibre inside standard thermoplastic prints. Built by the original Anisoprint team. Parts reach 900 MPa along the fibre — stronger than machined 6061 aluminium. Two heads. The 0.4 mm FFF nozzle takes any 1.75 mm filament, including STANDARD PRINT CO. PLA, PETG, PC, PA and PA-CF. The 0.7 mm CFC nozzle with built-in cutter lays FibreSeek X-CCF carbon or X-CGF glass fibre. Three modes: High Speed, High Strength, Hyper Strength.Enclosed CoreXY. 300 × 300 × 245 mm. 65 °C heated chamber, auto levelling, AI camera. Ships fully assembled.Fibre Ready Bundle adds 2 extra X-CCF continuous carbon fibre spools (500 m) and 2 kg of FibreSeek PETG matrix filament.Australian warranty. Serviced and supported by STANDARD PRINT CO. in Sydney.

What it is
Continuous carbon fibre. On a desktop.
Parts stronger than machined aluminium, from a printer the size of a Bambu H2D. Open filament side. Enclosed, heated, assembled.
900 MPa

300 × 300 × 245

Process
Continuous carbon fibre, jacketed in the material you choose.
The second extruder prints the same material alongside it, so the part is one polymer with carbon running through it.
Chopped vs continuous
Chopped carbon fibre ≠ continuous carbon fibre.
Both are carbon. Chopped fragments stiffen the plastic. A continuous strand carries the load, and beats the aluminium it replaces. Hover a card to see it on the chart.

Chopped carbon fibre filament
Stiffer. Barely stronger.
Sub-millimetre carbon fragments stiffen the plastic. Tensile strength rises little, because every fragment ends inside the polymer and the polymer still carries the load. 40–130 MPa.

Continuous carbon fibre
One strand, end to end.
A second nozzle lays an unbroken 1K carbon tow along the load path, like rebar in concrete. The carbon carries the load. 850–900 MPa.
Tensile strength, MPa. FibreSeek X-CCF datasheet, measured along the fibre. Across the fibre a part behaves like its base polymer — design puts fibre on the load path. Aluminium: 6061-T6 ultimate tensile. Filaments: manufacturer datasheets.
Two heads, three modes
Fast printer. Composite printer. Same machine.
0.4 mm FFF nozzle. 0.7 mm CFC nozzle with fibre cutter. Pick the mode per job.
High Speed
FFF head only
Any 1.75 mm filament, 500 mm/s, enclosed CoreXY. A fast printer on its own.
High Strength
Fibre where it matters
Both heads. Set the fibre ratio in the slicer, place carbon only on the load paths.
Hyper Strength
Maximum fibre
CFC head with built-in cutter lays all the carbon the geometry allows. The 900 MPa mode.
Hotend
350 °C. All metal. Hardened nozzle.
PA, PC and PA-CF without a nozzle swap. 65 °C actively heated chamber underneath it.
